At Chief, I supported the rapid growth of the membership base and the internal team, sourcing and screening candidates for multiple roles and levels. At McKinsey, I coordinated and executed campus recruiting events and activities, enhancing the candidate experience and the employer brand. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, with a Double Minor in Human Resources and Communications, from City University of New York-Baruch College.
