Mukhaizna 19 A1 SAT 4 slug catcher- Design of piping supports Responsibilities include :Analysis and review of Specifications and Structural drawings provided by the Consultants. Review Contractors’ submittals periodically and approve product data and test reports. Follow up on pending actions. Participation in tenders from preparation, floating, clarifications, bids evaluations, and award.Monitor Contractor’s submittals and the Consultant’s replies concerning the timely processing of shop drawings. Create report on correctness, completion and fulfilment of agreed requirements and scope. Prepare defect list and check rectification documentation by the contractor. Part of PM team. I need to attend technical meetings with consultants (Internal and External) and PM team. Coordinate with the Document Controller to ensure that all documents are properly controlled.Actively train and encourage the development of Omani personnel in technical and administrative areas and to act as a mentor for them, wherever possible.

Projects:• Al Amerat Wastewater Project, Contract A1 – Design, Build, Operation & Maintenance of the Al Amerat Wastewater Treatment Plant, Pumping Stations and Treated Effluent Works• Al Ansab STP Phase II expansion.• Construction of Wastewater and Treated and Treated Effluent Networks and Property Connections in Bousher Area 1 (B8 Area)Responsibilities include:• Responsible for developing tender document and project design including the scope of work, Terms of Reference (TOR), bill of quantities with the requirements of project charters.• Providing technical support for review/comment on design documents & drawings, to affirm the compliance to the contract requirements.• Review all technical Submittals/queries from catchments, method of statement, MAS submittals & change requests etc. and ensure timely respond to concerned party.• In house design & supervision as required.• Responsible for preparation of all weekly/monthly status reports, co-ordination of training of interns.
