The project titled "Determinants of employee engagement and their impacts on employee performance" aims to identify employee's performance based on the employee's engagement by analyzing the work environment, job engagement, key motivation learning and development of employees.

Submitted a project titled "Generational difference in work value, outcomes and person organization value fit" aims to identify generational differences and similarities among the employees work values and analyzing their attitudes and relationship among different generations. A survey was conducted among 50 employees who have been selected using simple random sampling method using a 5 point scale questionnaire. The reliability and validity of the measure were tested in the Indian context and was found to be 0.7. The data collected were analyzed by using SPSS and relationship between various demographic details and studied variable has been interpreted.
