About Dr Anitza Geneve Ph.D
I am an Australian Vocational and Training (VET/TVET) professional with over two decades of experience across a diverse range of roles related to digital capability; be it individual, workforce and organisational.My key strength is in translating strategy into successful outcomes including pilots and projects by drawing on a strength based, analytical/creative and operational mindset.My current role with TAFE Queensland is student focused. My area of expertise is in digital literacy/skills/capability. My passion is to improve lives by strengthening the digital capabilities of students, staff, industry and the wider community, enabling equitable participation. This focus on participation is reflected in my research, both:-My PhD (A case study of women's participation in multimedia and games development examining participation from a human agency perspective) and -My Fulbright Professional Scholar project (MOOC's to support the digital literacy and employability skills of VET learners) and the meta framework that emerged (Australian Core Digital Capability ACDC).
