Current projects:- Elaboration of Rules for the Organization and Functioning of a Two-State System for Equality between Women and Men. These rules aim to provide a framework for promoting interinstitutional coordination and collaboration to advance gender equality across various aspects of society.- Collaboration in the design of a USAID/Mexico Gender Analysis Tool. The primary objective was to develop a simple yet solid tool that will guide future interventions by addressing gender disparities and, importantly, prevent unintended discrimination or the reproduction of pervasive gender norms.

- Led the first two editions of the publication “Women and Men: Gender Gap in Colombia” in 2020 and 2022, respectively. * Crafted a successful narrative with actionable policy recommendations.* The first edition received around 80,000 queries and/or downloads within a month of release.* The central content was replicated to generate four regional reports.* The second contract was extended to train 35 UN Women staff members on gender indicators, communication, and visualization.

- Conducted a diagnosis on women´s economic participation in the State of Coahuila.* I efficiently integrated quantitative and qualitative information, including interviews with congresswomen, entrepreneurs, government officials, and leaders of business organizations, to develop a comprehensive overview of gender discrimination in the labor market.* In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, I made logistical and methodological adjustments while upholding the objectives and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.

- Designed and coordinated the workshop titled "Progress in Gender Equality: Transformation and Construction of New Self-Care and Co-Responsibility”.* Organized 16 workshops with over 200 participants, including female community leaders, state and municipal officials, and gender violence victims.* Maintained proper documentation for transparency and accountability purposes. The funding federal institution did not issue observations on the final reports.* Hired again in 2022 to develop a legislative initiative to include the human right to care and be cared for in the state planning and public policies.

- Coordinated the integration of materials such as speeches, presentations, notes, and political profiles for use by the Minister in tours, meetings, and interviews with various audiences.- Monitored social and political sensitive matters that could potentially impact the Ministry's and the Minister's reputation, assessing risks and responding accordingly.- Collaborated with the Communication Area to produce press and social media materials.* Reduced materials preparation time by systematizing information and standardizing procedures, enabling the team to prepare an entire folder in one day.* Accomplished two annual presentations before Congress without any significant political or media incidents.* Managed the staff team with two different Ministers and was invited to continue serving as a senior advisor in the current administration

- Advised Gender Equality Units to identify strategic actions that accelerate gender equality.- Devised the first National Gender Equality Program follow-up system, which required all government sectors to report their contributions, and was recognized as an innovative tool to promote gender equality through coordinated policies and accountability

- Planned and oversaw the external evaluation of a funding program for non-governmental organizations. Based on the results, the registration forms were adjusted to better assess the potential impact of projects.- Designed and executed an electronic survey to gather information on the institutional and financial challenges faced by State Women's Offices. The collected data was referred in a United Nations Development Program (UNDP) publication and used to set the agenda of meetings between Institute authorities and State Governments

- Led a mapping of early childhood development services in poor municipalities. The findings were summarized and published in a report by Mexicanos Primero.- Directed a Consistency, Results and Process Assessment of the Program to Support Nonregularized Agrarian Areas (FANAR) within the Mexican Agricultural Registry. Based on previously unused data, identified bottlenecks in the workflow and suggested improvements to expedite regularizations.- Designed the indicators set for the National Human Rights Program; 80% of the proposed indicators were included in the published official document.

- Coordinated the first update process to calculate the objective population of social programs, utilizing official guidelines on the multidimensional poverty measure, achieving a more accurate beneficiaries targeting.- Produced internal and external strategic key messages for technical and non-technical audiences.

- Supervised external evaluations to ensure quality: developed terms of reference and provided technical guidance and feedback to evaluators throughout the process.- Facilitated and articulated communication and collaboration between program operators, managers, and evaluation teams.

Conducted quantitative analysis using various social and economic national surveys and methodologies to characterize the population living in poverty.

Prepared documents and reports on social programs' performance, including operating rules and conditions, coverage, budgets, and results, for review and use by the Head of Unit and Vice Minister's Office.

- Analyzed financial statements, prices, and volumes, creating simplified and standardized reports used as templates by other areas.- Monitored the Economic Value Added (EVA) as an industry performance indicator.
