Summer cancer undergraduate research program at Iowa hosted by Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center. The research program is designed to provide training to undergraduate students in medical research. The program consists of courses on cancer, intense research experience, and professional development opportunities, including creating and presenting scientific posters and oral presentations.As a cancer undergraduate researcher, I had the opportunity to train with professionals in the field of public health. Through this experience, I was able to analyze data, create public health infographics, conduct literature reviews, and present posters at research conferences.

During this internship, I conducted extensive research on workforce development, conducted in-depth literature reviews, interviewed industry experts, and successfully contributed to the completion of a research paper as part of my team's efforts.
