Catalyzing communications, empowering people, and building trust: This has always been my mission - as a Journalist and Communications Specialist as well as an Intercultural Trainer, Facilitator and Coach. My background in journalism, communication psychology and intercultural training provides me with a broad set of skills and experiences to understand the needs of our customers supporting them to be highly effective. Practically, I am tackling facilitation from three different angles:• I was doing my first steps in training and hosting already at a very early stage of my journalistic career, e.g., organizing and facilitating an Interview Conference, being the Co-Trainer of a Research workshop and hosting Workshops for Investigative Reporters. • Around 12 years ago, I started to build a second career path as Communication Trainer, Facilitator and Consultant and was employed at the UNESCO Chair for Higher Education at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg (Germany) where I also lectured on Storytelling, Blogging and Interviewing. • Relocating to Italy 4.5 years ago, I set out as an Intercultural Business Trainer, Facilitator and Coach and found my tribe at Circl.es where I have the chance to collaborate and thrive together with my awesome colleagues serving high-performing clients all over the world. As a German expat living in Milan (Italy) and working for an American start-up in a global digital environment, I am used to switching languages perpetually and am business-fluent in German, English and Italian (language proficiency C1).
