As the owner and founder of Stellenbosch Bridal Boutique, I handled all business aspects of the company, including marketing and sales. I have a passion for the wedding industry and for making brides feel special on and before their special day. The aim of Stellenbosch Bridal Boutique is to provide brides the opportunity to buy or hire a designer dress at a fraction of the cost of a new dress. In January 2013 the company was sold to Tanya Becker and is growing by the day.

Tracks4Africa is a GPS mapping company that produces GPS maps for Africa. Other products include paper maps, a book and cell phone apps. My duties at Tracks4Africa included general administrative and reception duties as well as technical support with the product per e-mail, telephonically and face-to-face. I wrote instructional manuals for clients and training documentation for staff. I also handled all social media for the company. Other tasks included handling the petty cash, making out invoices and other ad hoc tasks.
