• Strategic development, budget management, and coordination of Training andCooperation Activities (TCA and NET) for the EU programs Erasmus+ Youth and ESC;planning and implementation of activities and training for the youth sector (national &international), coordination of the trainer pool• Coordination and implementation of the program focus "Inclusion and Diversity"within the youth sector; member of the "Inclusion & Diversity Steering Group" of theEuropean Commission• Collaboration with national stakeholders, other national agencies, SALTOs, and theEuropean Commission• Evaluation, supervision, management, and administration of projects

Conducting trainings on topics such as anti-racism and civil courage, including inschools, educational projects (AFit), companies, and training of multipliers (peereducation)
