My time at ROSEN Canada has been packed full with marketing activity such as event organization, market research (Plant and Facilities expansion), and plenty of design work for events, building renovation, sales brochures, and any additional design needs. I have also implemented, designed, and written the quarterly internal Newsletter. I also spent time doing administrative work, including tasks like the organization and updating of phone and address databases, handling the marketing stock, and handling the facilities for the building, which include but is not limited to: hiring and following up with cleaning services, coffee machine maintenance and stocking of supplies, maintenance of building, ordering of paper supplies and other office supplies, Manual issuing of PO numbers for purchasing of items, booking of training (which includes First Aid, Forklift, and H2SAlive), implementing travel policy and agency, vendor selection, booking hotels and rental cars, and other things that keep the office running. I also put in my time covering reception duties.
