I am a positive, energized person who sees the glass as half full. I am solution oriented with an open mind and have a calming presence in stressful situations. This coupled with interaction with clients and contractors on a daily basis has led me to excel in a team environment. Through juggling multiple responsibilities I have learned to balance and prioritize activities in order to maximize value. This includes communicating clearly and through the proper channels, planning with economics in mind, and utilizing the right resources. My core values are honesty, loyalty and respect. Which I believe is some of the fundamentals within a team dynamic that can pave the way to success. My drive is to see the results that are created together with colleagues. I am a fast learner, always eager to learn more and new methods that can optimize processes. My interest in BIM and 4D/5D modeling among others. My graduate assignment was about "Application of 4D planning" using Navisworks.
