I have been working with professional conversations for +10 years, working both with leaders in organisations and private clients from around the world.My coaching approach is existential, person-centred and experiential. Like other coaches, I focus on the client's individual goals and challenges. However, to achieve real change and development, it is crucial that coaching involves the client's values, assumptions, patterns and emotions in relation to their goals and challenges - whether they are executives or individuals seeking lifestyle changes. Without this depth, changes remain merely superficial, focused only on action-oriented goals and solutions at a purely cognitive level.I'm an individually accredited coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council at the Senior Practitioner Level. Additionally, I hold certifications in metacognitive and executive coaching. I possess a Master’s degree in Communication and I'm nearing the completion of a two-year Master’s degree in Existential Coaching from Middlesex University and the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling in London.anja-christensen.com
