Wrote articles and reviewed articles in cooperation with content writers.— Supported internal and partner teams.— Worked in Trello, Monday, Jira, Confluence. Main responsibilities as Customer Support Specialist: — Supported users via email and various platforms.— Gathered customer feedback.— Conducted training sessions for users— Hired and onboarded new team members.Main achievements:— Tested 17 apps released in App Center.— Implemented a feedback form currently used by the Customer Support and QA Teams.— Created Customer Support processes from scratch.— Created and implemented a new onboarding program for App Center Support Team newbies.— Successfully onboarded 11 newbies within a year.
