Onboarding, Induction and joining formalities.Performed full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, co-ordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, BGV process, etc.Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training Process.Involve in Technical/Non-technical hiring (Senior, Lead and Manager roles)Co-ordination with various stakeholders and vendors for the effective execution of HR activities & engagement activities.

Here I learnt how to deal with customers and how to convince them for taking our product. Also I enhanced my communication skills as well as my personality.
