Anjali has been Head of Learning at The Centre for Computing History in Cambridge for over 6 years. Under her supervision, the Centre now hosts approximately 3,000 students a year as part of its education programme for schools, colleges, and the public. Her long-standing expertise and experience in computing education, electronics, and software development support visiting students and members of the public with practical workshops in coding and electronics. Anjali is also a key member of the team at the Centre supporting the Women in Computing initiative and actively encourages young women to develop an interest in STEM careers.Prior to working at the Centre, Anjali gained considerable experience of working within the higher education sector. As Technical Training Manager at TTE Systems Ltd. (a spin-off company from the University of Leicester), she was involved in programme management, course development, and delivery of a unique, distance-learning Masters programme targeted mainly at working engineers. Anjali holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering (University of Kent), an M.Sc. in Information and Communications Engineering (University of Leicester), an M.Sc. in Electronic Science (University of Delhi), and a B.Sc. (Honours) in Electronics (University of Delhi).
