• Recruitment (all processes beginning from sourcing of candidates to short listing, screening)• Selection ( arranging interviews and coordination for preliminary and final rounds)• Orientation and induction (joining formalities including application forms, reference checks, submission of testimonials, visiting card/ CUG, workstation related arrangement)• Issuing offer letter and appointment letters (after completion of joining formalities)• HR MIS Updates for Corporate House, Site and Hotels• Job description and Job Profile Related Coordination• Organizing daily and weekly meetings with various departments.• Training need identification and Coordination• Organizing event/imp days and programmes for Employee Motivation and Morale Building• Assistance in performance Appraisal and Evaluation• Correspondence work under Head HR• Preparation of HR formats/ Circulars/ Notices for all communications and employee records• HR works Coordination and follow ups for (Site/ Hotels/ NSHM)• Perform other related duties as required from time to time under Head HR.
