KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRecruitment and Selection:• Handling the complete life cycle of recruitment.• Sourcing of profiles using different sources like job portals, internal database, candidate references and our corporate connects.• Screening the potential candidates through telephonic interviews and references checks & briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization culture etc.• Interacting with client’s recruitment team for ensuring the effective and quality delivery to meet the requirements.• Co-ordination with client & candidate for scheduling of interviews, salary negotiations and joining. • Ensuring the smooth transition of the selected candidates to the new organization Client Management: • Handling key clients of the company which involves interaction with the client to understand their IT/Non IT requirements and provide best resources in given specific timeline.• Coordinating the entire recruitment process with the client in an efficient manner while ensuring maximum client satisfaction.• Constant touch with clients to understand staffing plans and future resourcing needs to deliver the timely services.• Interaction with clients for the feedback.
