I’ve always been drawn to the way people think and behave, fascinated by the complexities of the human mind. This curiosity led me to Neuropsychology, but the path hasn't been a straight line. From helping classmates through challenging subjects to talking with patients during a clinical internship, I learned early on that meaningful work often happens in the small, quiet moments. Leading the Media & Advocacy Cohort at the Centre for Social Action gave me another angle—connecting psychology with social change, using communication and advocacy to drive impact.My experiences taught me that research and teaching aren’t just about knowledge; they’re about engaging with people and ideas in real ways. Whether I’m analyzing data or coordinating a project, I want my work to matter, both in academia and in the world outside of it. My goal is to continue this journey by contributing to research in Neuropsychology, and one day bring that knowledge into classrooms and clinics, where it can inspire others to explore the mind’s untapped potential.
