• To meet the requirements of our client and carry out their orders from start to end. Overall contributing to customer satisfaction. • Co-ordinate with the clients on email process as well as over phone. • Meet and greet various clients personally and provide them personalized high touch customer service. • To participate in production planning and evaluation of our products by creating TNA ( Time and Action Calendar). • Product development & Production of Socks & Tights as per client requirements. • Co-ordinate with the sampling department for the samples to be ready on time. • Plan to attain the pre-production goal in effective available way. • Monitoring sample developments & also participating in the production process. • Extensive user of SAP One and ERP. • Preparing PPA (Pre-production advice) and SDS (Sample data sheet) with the correct data in ERP system. • Preparing PPRF (Pre-Production Report Form) in ERP system. • Yarn consumption entries as per client’s order quantity in system. • Preparation courier packages for clients. • Maintain organize Sales report & reporting the month end goal setting to the seniors.
