• Handling the Training Division and administration deptt. of the Organization and coordinate with HR Deptt. Of various Organizations for Corporate Trainings.• Meetings with the Client Organizations for arranging Corporate Trainings.• Counseling the clients about the new technologies. • Issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter to the new joinees, maintaining employee information forms and involved in the induction program.• Interviewing the Candidates as a part of Internal Recruitment, short listing their CVs, scheduling their interviews and follow up with them till their joining.• Verification of the Attendance records of the employees per month before their final salary calculation.• Involved in the Recruitment function both Internal as well as External (from the Client’s side).• Interviewing the Candidates as a part of Internal Recruitment• Verification of the Attendance records of the employees per month before their final salary calculation.• Sourcing CVs through various sources like job portals (Naukri and Monster), company database, references, etc. according to the client’s requirements.• Sourcing people from LinkedIn and other social networking sites and go for Headhunting.
