I have accomplished numerous things and provided support to clients in many ways, including… • Connected with 1900 professionals over a two year period, delivering engaging content and action steps to promote diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing. • Facilitate women’s employee resource groups, programs and events to expand organizational capacity in recruitment, hiring, and retention practices. • Serve as a representative for client organizations in leading initiatives to market diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility. • Collaborate with external organizations to establish key partnerships with a shared goal of providing community support and pathway initiatives for recruitment, hiring, and retention of underrepresented groups. • Strategize and develop inclusive messaging and conversation guidelines to create safe spaces to have dialogue around critical issues, including unconscious bias and cultural differences. • Guide organizations to create and introduce wellbeing programs, encouraging employees to adapt healthy lifestyle behaviors. • Encourage and promote clients to implement Diversity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing taskforces, as well as providing ongoing guidance in the management of these groups.

Within this role, I conduct interviews with a wide range of individuals and companies, by phone, in person, and virtually to gather and collect content on wellbeing and burnout to publish on the company website. In addition to gathering content, I also focus on engaging with our writers, associates, assistants, and junior editors, coaching them to equip them with skills and tools to produce high-quality work.
