Key Account Management• Manage a portfolio of strategic Large Accounts with a focus on increasing IT Infrastructure services footprint.• Single point of contact for entire product offering of HCL Infra Enterprise.• Driven business growth through cross-selling and up-selling of services across the customer's IT Enterprise portfolio.• Ensure all business requirements are addressed and profitable deals are brought to closure.• Work with cross functional teams for Product Management, Project Management & Service Management to provide focused support to the designated accounts.• Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary internal stake holders.Pre-Sales & Bid Management• Ownership of Bid Responses and Commercial offers for RFI/RFP.• Management of large bids through their entire life cycle starting from information gathering stages to creation of techno commercial proposals, pricing, anchoring customer visits and finally legal and contractual stages leading to transition.• Managing a repository of bid responses.• Advise customers in the areas of Remote IT Infrastructure Management for delivering end to end services.• Coordinate sales & marketing programs and promotions and generate periodic and special reports.Sales Operations• Manage P&L for the accounts portfolio.• Own and manage all Billing & Invoice related activities for the account and responsible for managing Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO)• Contract governance implementation and execution.• Preparation of annual budget and quarterly revenue forecast.• Maintaining tight budget control over expenditure.• Ensuring payment collection as per agreed payment terms.• Complete ownership of contract management.
