Rewise Analytics & Technologies is a midsized IT Solutions company based out of Pune, India. The Company has customers in USA, UK and Australia for its IT Services and Products. One of the key offerings of the company is to set up Offshore Delivery Centers for overseas customers. Customer success is one of the pillars for the success of any venture and I am presently spearheading this initiative at ReWise. As a visiting faculty for PGDM & MBA programs at MITCOM ( Paud Road), Indira School of Business Studies, Marathwada Mitra Madal and IIEBM, I delivered sessions for subjects like Consumer Behavior, Marketing, IMC /Advertising, HR, Business English and French. I was also part of all the " Campus to Corporate" training programs.

•MSS was an IT Recruitment Consultancy with offices in India and UK. MSS clients included multinational companies like HSBC, Tech -Mahindra, HCL, and Wipro in India as well as in UK. •I handled the dual responsibility of developing and maintaining client base in UK as well in India. As a part of my business development role, I was based in London for few months. During this time I developed number of new clients of both British and Indian origin. While in the domestic market I expanded our client base by adding more than ten clients to our portfolio and developed consistent business from them. •I handled teams for India and Europe and ensured the delivery schedules as per the internal and client SLAs.•I was also responsible for training of resources for both domestic and overseas market.
