A. Moldehn studierte von 1992 bis 1995 elektrische Energietechnik an der Fachhochschule Bielefeld. Zunächst als Systemberaterin bei Hewlett-Packard in Ratingen angestellt, wechselte sie 1998 zu der in Blomberg ansässigen Phoenix Contact GmbH & Co. KG. Auf die Tätigkeit als technische Fachredakteurin folgte 2004 der Wechsel in das Produktmarketing Power Supplies. Vier Jahre später baute sie als Gruppenleiterin das Team Marketing & Communication in dieser Sparte auf. Ab 2015 widmete sich A. Moldehn als Senior Project Manager Industrie 4.0 dem digitalen Zwilling (Asset Administration Shell) und war unternehmensweit u.a. für Marketing, Kommunikation und Messe-Projekte verantwortlich.Im Januar 2021 übernahm sie die Geschäftsleitung des Centrum Industrial IT (CIIT) e. V. Hier setzt sie Industrie 4.0 unternehmensübergreifend um. Partner aus Wissenschaft und Industrie arbeiten in einem vertrauensvollen Umfeld zusammen, um die Vorteile der Digitalisierung in der eigenen Produktion zu nutzen und neue Geschäftsmodelle zu entwickeln, die die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette sinnvoll einbeziehen.
