Department: OperationDuties/Responsibilities:1. Supervising the safe, efficient & economical running and troubleshooting of the power plant as a Shift Engineer.2. Understanding, abiding and implementing all relevant documentation, regulations, guidelines and procedures of the power plant.3. Initiating unscheduled maintenance as per Condition Based Monitoring and Troubleshooting procedures of the equipment.4. Conducting Mock Drills of Fire and other environmental Hazards.5. Taking part in CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) meetings to identify any deficiency of existing procedures and equipment and to recommend improvements over the deficiencies.6. Attending Monthly Safety Meetings to ensure the safe and trouble free operation of the plant.7. Motivating and guiding the plant operators.8. Generating and maintaining relevant documents (Like- Maintenance Request Form, Technical Incident Report, Near Miss Register, etc.) needed for smooth operation and maintenance of the plant.

Pre-commissioning & commissioning of Wartsila 18V46DF engine:The following work can be done during Pre-commissioning and commissioning period.1. Supervised and managed the installation of 120 MW Power Plant equipped with HFO based Wartsila 18V46DF engine. 2. Established different systems like Heat recovery system, fuel (HFO & LFO) system, lube oil system, cooling water, compressed air system, waste oil system, oily water system, charge air system, exhaust gas system.3. Implementation and installation fuel feeder and separator system for HFO plant, ventilation systems.4. Supervision of building large fuel tank and their capacity testing and commissioning.5. Installation of fuel, water and lube oil transfer pumps in numerous systems.6. Inspection the whole construction work in order to meet standards and provide technical backup to commissioning team.

 Costing of different Pharmaceutical Machineries. Preparing Repairing Advice. Consulting with the customer about the product requirements. Improve the Quality of the Machineries.
