Operation & Planning • Core team member in CFA consolidation between Zydus and Heinz. • Looking for entire warehouse operation, Transportation, order processing, inventory and stock.• Handling warehouse operation for 6 (including 3 cold chain) warehouses. • Plan and maintain the inventory in warehouse.• Co-ordinate with HO planning team for maintain the inventory as per the sales plan.• Optimize cost at C&FA operation, transportation, manpower as per the budget.• Prepare and maintain yearly budget for C&FA operation.• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization at warehouse.• Ensure that C&FA maintain all the legal compliance and norms defined by the organization.• Upgrading the process and activities of C&FA.• Find out the potential of cost saving in C&FA operation.Vendor Management• Dealing with the warehouse service provider and Cold Chain Vendor and ensure that C&FA adhere invoicing, dispatch, deliveries as per the SLA.• Co-ordinate with warehouse service provider to submit their claim and re-imbursement within the time line.• Co-ordinate with the EBS vendor, execute the destruction process and handover the stock to the vendor with proper documentation (Whatever the expiry brakeage return from the stockiest).Stock Management• Adhere the process for damage, expiry, near expiry stock.• Timely destruction the expiry stock for NL stock.• Follow up with C&FA to raise CN against the expiry and damage return from the stockiest.• Follow up with the C&FA for timely dispatch the POP material and sample stock. MIS Analysis & JD• Daily wise circulate the expiry and aging report and taking the corrective action on that.• Daily wise circulate the Daily dispatch details.• Ensure C&FA people timely update the dispatch detail on SAP.• Maintain the FSSAI license tracking report of C&FA.• Maintain the GSTIN certificate tracking report of C&FA.

Operation & Planning • Looking for warehouse operation, order processing, forecasting, inventory and stock for all over East. • Plan and maintain the inventory in warehouse as well as all over the store.• Monitor the fill rate in all over the store.• Resolving and regularizing of inventory difference.• Generate the purchase order as per the forecast.• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization at warehouse.• Inspection randomly the stock in every consignment to ensure the quality of the stock.• Upgrading the process and activities of C&FA.Vendor Management• Dealing with the manufacturer and ensuring that they are supplying the stock within the lead time.• Co-ordinate with transporter about delivery tracking.• Follow up with concern agency for COA report (Certificate of Analysis), based on that stock release for billing.Stock Management• Need to look after to the damage, expiry, near expiry stock.• Allocate the near expiry stock all over the store.MIS Analysis & JD• Daily wise circulate the expiry and aging report and taking the corrective action on that.• Send the waybill requisition to the concern person based on the manufacturer invoice.• Maintain the COA tracking report.• Analysis the Fill rate and ABC analysis, and taking corrective action.• Provide Inputs to the General Manager on the distribution and all over the supply chain related work.

Operation & Planning • Looking for depot operation, secondary transportation, order processing and stock for all over East. • Handling order processing team (10 guys).• Monitor the primary invoicing to achieve the target.• Making the secondary despatch plan on daily basis based on the opening PBNS, and make sure we are achieve the target.• Find and solve the issue of Logistic Gap for which we did not dispatch the stock.• Take care for maximizing the savings from Secondary Freight• Upgrading the process and activities of C&FA.Vendor Management• Dealing with the transporter and ensure that they are supplying the indented vehicle to the respective depots.• Co-ordinate with CFA & transporter about delivery tracking.• Reduce time frame in secondary transportation.• Follow up with concern sales people for unloading if there is any kind of issue.• Analyzing the COP (Central order processing) compliance and co-ordinate with the respective ASM and BSM and provide input to CCO (Cumulative Customer Order). Stock Management• Need to look after to the transit damage, damage, un accounted stock and daily wise follow up with the depot &concern sales people for decrease the value of blocked stock and daily wise working on it to monitor the stock.• Also looking after the stock to all over east and close if there is any kind of issue generate related to stock.• Monitor the block stock value on daily basis.• Follow up with the Central supply chain cell for any kind of stock issue. (Based on FC)MIS Analysis & JD• Daily wise making the Stock tracker report.• Circulated the dispatch plan daily basis.• Daily wise publish the Brand wise Primary Monitor Report.• Maintaining Regional matrix on monthly basis & Warehouse Report on Weekly basis.• Provide Inputs to the Zonal Logistic Manager on the Transporters/depot and do the initial round of negotiations and assessment with potential Vendors.

Operation• Looking for depot operation, secondary transportation and stock. • Maintain the ZSOP master for daily based FG planning in depot, based on monthly sales plan.• Plan and monitor the secondary direct dispatch from the factory daily wise and fulfill the target of direct dispatch.• Monitoring the secondary freight utilization in all over east to optimize the secondary freight.• Take care for maximizing the savings from Secondary Freight & Direct Despatch.Vendor Management• Maintain the Secondary Freight Master for East.• Analyzing the PDP compliance and co-ordinate with the CSO and verify their action plan and try to solve out the issues and decrease the % of PDP not supplied. • Dealing with the transporter and ensure that they are supplying the indented vehicle to the respective depots or factory.• Monitoring and facilitating of vendor payment process and resolution of variances in vendor payment.Stock Management• Priority base need to take care to the repack able stock and arrange to send the empty cbb to the respective depots and transfer the stock to saleable stock as soon as possible.• Also looking after the stock to all over east and close if there is any kind of issue generate related to stock.• Dealing with the finance department and provide them the proper documentation for transit damage to move out the stock from the system.• Monitor the block stock value on daily basis.MIS Analysis• Maintaining and Track to the C&FA, Rent, Secondary transportation agreement for both bakery & Dairy.• Provide Inputs to the Regional Customer Service Manager on the Transporters/WSP and do the initial round of negotiations and assessment with potential Vendors.• Daily wise making the Depot Aging Stock report.• Daily wise making report on Near Expiry SKU’s.• Also executing various report in SAP and solve the issue of depot raise, for doing billing, goods receipt, stock etc in SAP.

Operation, Planning & Billing• Looking after the Cuttak & Ranchi zone about the billing & Invoicing.• Transfer the required stock from our mother depot to various zones through SAP. • Co-ordinate with the Area Manager and collect the order of distributor.• Looking after the modern trade distributor.• Making the invoice of respective distributor and also for modern trade distributor with the replenishment order.Vendor Management• Dealing with the transporter for distribute the stock to distributor and also as well as for our various zone.• Solve the issue of modern trade distributor.• Raised the Credit Note & Debit Note and adjust the advance and credit note with the billing amount.MIS Analysis• Download the Stock at the JC week end from SAP and send to the Go - down In charge.• Re-conciliation the Stock statement.• Download the Cheque statement from SAP.• Dealing with commercial department with cheque deposited process of the distributor• Also executing various task and report in excel.
