Responsibilities in PROMAC:• Studying customer inputs of the Plant (Like Plant Capacity, Altitude, Atmospheric conditions, Etc..), Plant Layout, Contract, etc..• Designing of Heavy Equipment like Rotary Kiln, Pre-Heater Section, Grate Cooler Section, Etc... Which forms the PYRO Section of a Cement Plant.• Making of General arrangement drawings of the above mentioned Heavy Equipment by using old reference drawings and concept sketches.• Outsourcing the Engineering of Pollution Control Equipment like Bag House & E.S.P.• Getting the Equipment G.A’s for the outsourced Equipment from the consultants & making use to prepare our G.A drawings.• Sending these General Arrangement drawings to clients for their Approval or comments. If commented, then need to revise the drawing and send back for their Approval.• Generating the Equipment detail drawings related to the above mentioned sections and material handling equipment (like Diesel Tank, Coal Conveying Pipe Line, Belt Conveyor, Cyclones, Hoppers, Rotary Air Lock, Diverting Gate, Slide Gates, Butterfly Dampers, Multi-Louvre Dampers, etc...) related to the above mentioned sections, using old reference drawings / Company Standards / sketch given by our collaborator and releasing it to Shop (In House Production) / Site Fabrication / Purchase depending upon the cheapest, easiest and efficient manner.• Preparing the Technical Specification for Brought out Items and releasing it to Procurement Department. • Checking the Civil drawings weather it matches our requirement or not. Same way need to check Brought out Item’s Specification / Drawings received from Vendors and approve the same.• Need to solve the problems raised at site during erection / commissioning.
