Anjan has around 15 years of IT experience out of which 7 years of extensive experience in database administration predominantly in DB2 on Mainframe and last 5 years in project Management, Delivery management and Operations IntegrationPresently he is managing the Operations integrations function for 60million Delivery and responsible for Analyzing the financial performance regarding compensation & benefits, revenue analysis,Maintaining the custom planning, resource forecast and resource fulfillment,Tracking sub contractor’s profitability,Managing Recruitment function to meet circle’s business demand.Between 2006 to 2008 Anjan has played Delivery Manager role for couple of Key accounts in the Banking,Health,Pharma and Insurance customers.He was responsible for end-to-end delivery in terms of managing the Project issues, deliverables, meeting the SLAs,review calls with customer, handling customer escalations etc. Well Experienced in planning, evaluating, directing, tracking, analyzing and coordinating multiple complex projects.During his DBA career Anjan has experience in physical and logical database design, evolving backup and recovery strategies,planning and implementation of Disaster Recovery Policies for Large Mainframe systems,has good experience in capacity planning,has Domain Knowledge on Airlines Industry, Banking Industry and Oil & Gas industry.As DB2 DBA competency head managed a 80 Members DB2 DBA team, worked on Proposal-RFP, prepared SOW, gave training to Junior Team members, had explosure on preparing the Effort Estimation for Several large Projects He was responsible for developing the DB2 competencies; prepare proposals for different clients for DBA support services and co-ordinate with Business Development Teams in securing the projects.
