Project Description• Project is related to implementation of workforce management of enterprise client to Salesforce FSL.• Automation of field service management.Key Responsibilities• FSL Managed package and Mobile App• Requirement gathering from client, Agile way of working, JIRA• Field service settings, Flows, Mobile app flows, process builder, Apex class, trigger, batch class, schedule apex to implement field management, self-allocation of task, closed user group handling and automate scheduling• Custom object, page layouts, validation rules, app notifications, email alerts declarative programming, and coding for customization.• Content document trigger and handling to implement notes and attachment related requirements• Sites to manage and raise requests from community portal

Project Responsibility• Collaborate with business sales team, sales operations, and other stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate into technical requirements and articulate design consideration, documentation, analytics, training, deployment and support.• Partnering with various teams to implement projects, and training and support on salesforce platform• Ensuring optimal performance of salesforce systems.• Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 300+ users• Cloudsense CPQ support and implementationKey Responsibilities• All CRM related Requirement gathering and delivering.• Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups• Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data• Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards• Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support• Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as flows, process builder, approval processes, validation rules. case and lead assignments• Scheduling jobs, campaigns, custom settings, sharing rules, permission sets, Installation, and maintenance of managed packages.• Cloud sense product configurations and administration• Salesforce support case
