Production Planning - IN Supply Chain First Mile (South Region)Responsible for strategising and building Labor Management plans for Amazon Fulfilment Centres (INFCs) in partnership with teams such as Sales and Operations Planning, Finance, Site Operations, Human Resources, Workforce Staffing, and L&D using historical data, demonstrated performance, and modeling; ensuring accuracy in manpower (regular and flex) needed to meet the forecasted volumes.

Inbound Supply Chain Execution (IN Inventory Placements / IXD Transshipments) - First Mile Operations- Worked towards the reduction of Inventory in Odd Locations (IOLs - inbounded inventory not tagged as received) at IN-IXDs. Identified root causes, implemented corrective actions, which resulted in reduction in IOL generation by 17bps from April to June 2022, and reduction in the number of IOLs with dwell >0.5 days bucket by an average of 568 units across IXDs. - Partnered with ACES for rolling out of a new tool for inventory placement of IOL units in DFCs after mandatory seller registration and compliance checks. - Through streamlining of truck scheduling, reduced the number of vehicles dwelling >24hrs by ~60% from Feb 2022 to June 2022.- Identified the root causes contributing towards increase in truck Turn Around Time (TAT); aided in revamping of ticketing system for sidelining of transshipment trucks at DFCs.Successfully bagged a full time role with Amazon Supply Chain, leveraging strong performance and impactful contributions to the team.

- Employed Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI and Tableau) to construct dashboards based on determined requirements. - Facilitated the Data Administration team by utilizing Microsoft Report Builder to build reports based on requirements for data analysis purposes.- Worked in concordance with the Testing team and identified opportunities for metadata extraction from dashboards.
