I have been working with entrepreneurs and investors since the early 1990s, with experience spanning consulting, academia, and entrepreneurship. My professional journey includes roles in two of the Big Four consulting firms, faculty at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), and founding VentureBean Consulting. I was the founding editor of the Indian Venture Capital Association’s annual reports (1993-1998).In addition to these, I have held positions as an Independent Director and served on advisory committees for prestigious institutions such as IIMB, FKCCI (Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce), ICAI and TiE. I was also the Program Director for IIMB's first long-duration entrepreneurship program and the Management Program for Women Entrepreneurs at IIMB and IIM Udaipur. These programs were designed to help entrepreneurs build and refine their business plans, preparing them to pitch to experts, including venture capitalists.I have taught courses on valuation, funding and strategic planning, among others. My teaching materials have garnered significant recognition—ranked among the TOP 4% and 5% globally on SlideShare in 2014 and 2015. My insights and approach are often appreciated for their practical application and the inspiration they provide.Currently, I serve as a mentor and advisor, specializing in growth strategy and financial execution.
