Sales support activities in a HVAC Test Group including: - PM on projects in CRM incl. controlling of the project economy- coordinating and planning on the projects being carried out - preparation of protocols and reports on paper and in E-TIMS according to GMP and assuring documentation quality according to user requirements and specifications- reviewing test results after test has been conducted on paper and in E-TIMS

Focus: Responsible for all of the administrative processes of the sales department with regards to updating and maintaining them as well as ensuring that the sales group adheres to the processes and guidelines. -Responsible for gathering and handling all sales related documentation from proposals over orders to e.g. license agreements.-Main contact for customers regarding all enquiries e.g. technical issues, product enquiries, price and quotation request.-Responsible for outlining, updating and maintaining the sales process descriptions to be used in the ISO system. -Responsible for logistics reg. shipment of software products for customers in NATO and PfP-countries - including handling of regulatory requirements from the Ministry of Justice as the software is subject to export control – as well as control and administration of best practices for the logistics process. -Responsible for administration and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including conduction of internal training.
