Responsibilities include (but not limited to):• Attend staffing meetings on a weekly basis to better understand the staffing needs of the firm• Post and edit company-wide opportunities for all firm locations • Handle the pre-screening, communication with hiring managers, and setting up interviews • Working deliberately with hiring managers to understand staffing needs of their department/studio• Use variety of online technology for recruitment and posting opportunities, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Jobs in Minneapolis, and other professional associations• Coordinate onboarding of new staff via RSP's applicant tracking system (ADP & UltiPro) and email communications• Scheduled orientations and coordinate new hire materials and communications• Organize all career fairs which includes finding volunteers and working with marketing to provide swag material• Responsible for the database and upkeep of performance reviews for all 370+ employees for all five office locations • Assist in the transition of growing RSP with other office locations• Manage and facilitate the Summer Student Internship Program
