At Maxx Royal Resort we had a large Kids Club with 40 people staff on the stage. Kids Club was operating from 8 am to 2 am and was welcoming kids in age from 0 to 12 years old. All the kids club animators had to liaise with the Kids Club Supervisor to create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club/creche. We were responsible for:- Greeting and welcoming parents and children in a warm and friendly manner- Initiating, developing, and maintaining personalized relationships with members and their children- Engaging children in interactive activities that include: storytelling, organizing arts & crafts, singing, dancing, scavengers, leading sportive competitions, and excursions; arranging and playing games.- Setup/breakdown of the activities and game experience- Inventory for all toys/equipment at the club/creche which includes also a babysitting service, answering inquiries, welcoming, and collecting the items of the children; introducing the game experience, serving as a game host, guiding in mission control, and closing the experience with a satisfaction farewell and invitation to return.We were in charge of: - All equipment (if they are clean and properly maintained) - Informing the Kids Club Supervisor of any need for additional toys, games, or handicraft materials- Independently operating the activities, games, phone, and in-person interactions and executing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of guest focus and meeting the Kids Club department goals.
