I am leading the water sector in Oxfam in Nepal . I am working very closely with enthusiastic team members who have strong experience in water sector.

This is the role of Program Director in Oxfam. While carrying this role, I led all the programs of Oxfam i.e Disaster and Climate change, Enterprise development, WaSH, Water Governance, Gender Justice, Partnership & Program Quality team. Under this role, I had a team of 20 people and directly managed 10 people

I have worked in this organization currently as Part time assistant lecturer. The first 6 months I worked as a part time teacher and last 6 months as a full time teacher. During this period I have worked as Assistant Lecturer for Disaster Risk Management and Assistant Lecturer of Civil Engineering Materials.

I am leading an interesting research in Oxfam in Nepal to explore a sustainable solution to existing dysfuctional rural water supply systems in Nepal. This involves concept pitching with different private sectors and bringing super cool private companies work together to enhance service delivery of rural water supply. I am also leading an interesting study in Oxfam in Nepal to explore "Where should we finance in DRR?" . This involves stepping one step ahead on Oxfam's recent initiation on building "National Strategy for Urban Resilience Community (NSLRC)

During this role, I provided advisory support to Oxfam's recovery program as well as a development program in water supply, Sanitation and hygiene.

I have been working on this organization since May 25 , 2015 . I hold an experience to work in the field as a member of Emergency Response Team in early and post-disaster WASH need. I worked in OXFAM as WASH Engineer.My responsibilities during this tenure is to work in the field as Emergency Response Team in assessment of sanitation need; beneficiary identification; latrine construction and water supply assessment and reporting details to concerned line manager. It also includes responsibility of shelter construction and monitoring work in the field. Further, I also hold experience of working in development sector mostly around Innovation works in WASH. I have worked in different projects and supported team in different projects in the organisation.

This intern continued officially for two months but I have been indirectly volunteering the organization. During this Intern my responsibility was to prepare a questionnaire; conduct survey at public level of Lalitpur and assess the level of preparedness of the people regarding Earthquake .The report “Level of Preparedness in EPS targeted areas of Lalitpur” is prepared.

During my work as Survey Engineer I worked as surveyor in Dobhan-Palpa Road Project for around 20 Km road. The survey was performed for Jagdamba Cement Access to Limestone quarry 40 km away from Palpa road. The instrument used was Total Station.Similarly worked as Survey Engineer in Letang-Gyamire project for a around 14 KM road. This was done for final billing and to draw final as-built drawing. The instrument used was Level Machine.Also worked as Survey Engineer in Pyuthan Chusa Bridge Project and Jimrukh Bridge Project. This included Pre-feasibility study of the bridge and survey of the possible location for the bridge. The instrument used was Total station.
