Mobility Team Lead
Current• Currently oversee planning, execution, training, and troubleshooting on day-to-day mobile device operations, including device deployments, asset tracking, cellular plans, and other related processes, for both the Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC company branch mobility co-op teams• Spearheaded "The Great Meraki Migration" project: an initiative to formally migrate 700+ user mobile devices from the company's previously used MDM system: Meraki, to the new, current one: Addigy• Have and continue to coordinate iPhone and iPad upgrade waves as part of our mobile device asset life cycle, maximizing and ensuring up-to-date operational efficiency • Decommission old mobile devices to trade in later for carrier credit, drastically reducing the costs of purchasing new device stock and associated cellular data plans• Have currently written 30+ internal wikis regarding all company mobility processes in order to document instructions, codify data conventions, and pass on this information as training reference material to current and future co-ops• Check, update, and maintain KACE asset-tracking data, Addigy MDM configurations and policies, device iOS versions, and TRUCE user accounts and app compliance via a weekly Mobility Report
