- Founded the studio with two partners and responsible for creative direction, design leadership, project monitor and client and vendor relations.- Completed six projects ranging from retail interior design, exhibition design to brand identities.- Coordinated designers and aligned creative functions to produce multi-disciplinary creative works.- Analyzed clients’ needs and generated creative solutions (pitch offerings, brand story, experience design, etc.) across different fields, from brick-and-mortar retail business to government public welfare campaigns.- Created a public relations plan to increase recognition, contracts, and public exposure.

- Deepened the creation based on the original exhibition plan of the curator, conceived the main character Ellis the egg with a full storyline and solidified it as a franchise focal point.- Analyzed competitor's exhibitions in the market and generated a new format to stand out among competitions. Optimized the potential for future expansion to other cities.- Designed the installations and established an overall visual language with a limited budget.- The exhibition generated around $1,000,000 dollars in revenue and was featured on multiple major media and press, including the New York Times, NBC, Timeout, WWD, etc.
