Provide biological, psychological, sociocultural and spiritual approach to maternity support services and infant case management for a network of community based medical clinics in Clark County. Assess basic needs, conduct mental health screenings, build social supports, strengths, address needs, link to community resources, adjustment to parenthood and siblings, review growth and development milestones. Perform individual and family, agency, and home based therapy for medically and socially vulnerable pregnant and post partum mothers and their families with goal of maintaining health families and improving birth outcomes utilizing solution focused, narrative therapy, psychoeducation and motivational interviewing.
