Identifying and developing new business opportunities to build and expand the presence of the company in the creative space.

I created cross-country marketing plans for execution in SEA, working closely with the Business Development team to address client needs and objectives. I helped provide costing for various projects and even liaised with suppliers for marketing needs.

I made sure expectations with US stakeholders are set before a video project commences and that deliverables are accomplished with little to no delay. I created training materials for my team members to always stop on top of their craft. It was also my responsibility to make sure the team keeps abreast of current trends in video and that they are well-equipped with all the technological advancements in their field. I handled both Mid and Graveyard shifts of the Video Team. Members included a Video Producer, Scriptwriters, Video Editors, Motion Graphic Designers, and a Graphic Editor.

I led the video team (Jr. Producer, Videographer, Video Editor and Sr. Motion Graphic Artist) in conceptualizing ideas for videos, creating scripts and storyboards, and arranging and coordinating with management for shoots.

I closed sponsorships in the form of ads and prizes for the shows that I handled. My tasks include creating decks, presenting to clients, creating reports as well as managing their accounts.

I was the Line Producer of the country's top podcast network, handling up to sixteen (16) shows and multiple talents at one point. I was also in-charge of looking for potential sponsors, creating decks, presenting to clients, and managing accounts, on top of my producer duties. Shows include Good Times with Mo: the Podcast (the first and top-rated podcast in the PH), The Bro Show, Hans-On, The Riot, among many others.

I was the Line Producer of the pioneering top-rated podcast in the country, Good Times with Mo. I made sure shows were on schedule, guests were booked, ads were shown, and prizes given away, on a nightly basis. I also managed its Youtube account, as well as its iTunes and other relevant accounts.

I was the web content writer in-charge of the PBB Unlimited season. I covered both Mid and Graveyard shifts of the live-streamed show.
