1) Sourcing good candidates as per the requirements of Hiring Managers.2) Sourcing candidates for Contact-W2, Contract- C2C, positions for the state client.3) Sourced candidates for various technologies like JAVA, UI/UX, .Net, SQL, SAP, PHP, iOS/Android, Network Specialist, Network Architect, Desktop Technician, Agile, Oracle etc.4) Responsible for overall delivery of candidates to meet recruiting demand and coordinating administration of the recruiting process.

Job Responsibility:1) Responsible for sourcing candidates for the requirements sent by Hiring Managers and making sure that the submissions are done within set deadlines without compromising on the quality or profitability.2) Assisting other team members whenever needed by guidance, efficient search strings etc.3) Sourcing candidates for Contact-W2, Contract-C2C, and Direct Fulltime positions.4) Handled complete RLC (Recruitment Life-Cycle) from Sourcing/Submitting resumes, schedulinginterviews, keeping candidates warm in long interview processes, getting the final paper work completed including Exhibits, MSA, Hirerites/BGC and handling any conflicts/issues that may occur afterwards etc.
