• Head Marine Travel for Su-nav Ship Management India.• Setting up the Travel department for Su-nav Ship Management which includes Identifying, Negotiating and Signing off the deal with the Third-Party Vendor for supplying tickets to Su-nav Ship Management on competitive rates. • Oversee day to day operations of Travel department which includes flight bookings for Marine as well as Corporate Travel and Hotel Bookings• Prepare Vessel wise expense reports.• Follow up Refunds with Third Party suppliers.• Follow up Payments for Third party vendors.• Oversee day to day operations of travel department which includes flight bookings for Marine as well as Corporate Travel and Hotel Bookings.• Initiating the process of IATA License for Su-nav Travel and successfully obtaining the same.• Securing Seaman fares and Capping from different Airlines which has enables Su-nav Travel to issue tickets on their IATA.
