• Preparing all pre and post-shipment documents• Coordinating with CHA and freight forwarders throughout thecomplete shipment procedure.• Logistics management.• To prepare and submit all the necessary documents related to import and Export.• Coordination with banks for all EDMPS requirements and ensuring obtaining BRCs.• Ensuring fulfillment of DGFT’s requirement for availing export incentives.• Co-ordination with banks on obtaining pre-shipment loans like EPC & LCs.• Preparing daily reports for import and export.• Accumulation of export data and reporting same to management for analysis.• Handling customer queries by providing them quotations and acknowledging new orders by the sales contract.• Follow up with the production on manufacturing progress and update customers on the same.• Reporting customers about shipment status in a timely manner.
