Responsibilities: -Fill out timesheets by the close of business at the end of the working week ensuring the information is specific to both the project and project stage.-Assist in preparation of mood boards to satisfy the requirements of the Lead Interior design.-Assist in preparation of material selections, schedules, Appendices and physical material baords.-Preparation of colored layouts to satisfy the requirements of the lead Interior designer.-Contributing to developing concept designs for the new projects and preparation of submissions.-Assisting the team with day-to-day running of projects-Assist with organizing the material sample library.-Assisting with the daily running of the office, learning office structure and organisation.-Ensure adequate English to ensure correct spelling and grammar on all documentation.Highlight potential coordination/technical issues to the Job captain at the earliest possible stage.-Communication to administration when consumables are low.-Using AutoCad to develop interior layouts for existing and new projects.-Assist with photo shoots of team and projects-Helping with website data inputting.
