I am worked as Project Manager of Web Development Team at Extreme Media Trivandrum, a leading digital media agency in Kerala. I have a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Kerala, where I learned the fundamentals of web development, programming, and database management. I have over 8 years of experience in designing and managing websites using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, WordPress, PHP, and MySQL, with a focus on performance, security, and SEO best practices.As a Project Manager, I lead a team of talented web designers and developers who create and maintain websites for various clients across different industries. I am responsible for planning, executing, and delivering web projects on time and within budget, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. I also work closely with the clients to understand their requirements, expectations, and feedback, and provide them with solutions that meet their needs and goals. Some of the projects that I have worked on include creating custom themes and plugins, integrating WooCommerce and Elementor, converting PSD to HTML, and working with SSL and WordPress security. I enjoy working with WordPress, as it allows me to create dynamic and user-friendly websites that are easy to update and manage.
