• SOURCING AND BRANDING HEAD Summary of my role and job description• Source the new fabric vendors, trims, FOB vendors, Etc.• Planning & sourcing the goods as per the Market trend.• Good Negotiation of prices from the fabric Vendors & FOB vendors as per the quality standards.• Visit garment factories before production start and re-cap and ensure that every single detail has been well and completely received, with written evidence of the information passed.• Keep daily contact with garment factories and obtain updated status ensure factory meets the production and delivery on time.• Management of wip, costing, issue Purchase Orders• Manage Design presentations to Suppliers•Expertise in Product Development, pre-production and sourcing with an emphasis on design,Brand integrity, pricing, quality and maximize margin opportunities. Responsible for price negotiations and strategic business development.• Accountable for new product developing and branding of the product. Reporting to the M.D of our organization.
