Making work-fronts available to the contractor with interdisciplinary coordination. Providing daily update to the concerned higher officials for work-progress. Discussing with the same officials for any observation in the drawings/documents with regard to site condition. Making a planning of day- to-day work and getting a note of how much is accomplished.
