 Responsible for timeliness & accuracy of 3 countries (US, UK & Canada) work under RTR team. Review main bank GL accounts on a daily basis to ensure correct posting of bank statements & prepare monthly Bank Reconciliations during Month End. Review Fixed assets transactions before depreciation run & prepare Fixed Assets schedule for posting depreciation JE during Month End. Review Intercompany transactions & reconcile IC differences. Prepare Accruals & prepayments schedules for posting Journals during Month End. Prepare and process payroll Journal entries. Prepare & review GL & Tax Reconciliations before & after GL close. Major participation in Month End Closing and all other activities during GL Close. Indulge with Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly audit for each country. Ensure smooth Quarter close & BCS Reporting during quarter end. Prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for any errors happened in Team. Take client calls during month end & provide timely resolution of any highlighted issue. Prepare SOPs during and after transaction and provide process trainings to new joiners after transition of any new activity. Prepare & present Governance Deck with SLA’s & KPI’s in monthly governance calls.

 Completely involved in FA Processing & Maintenance activities. (Project Capitalizing, Retirement, Transfer (Intercompany), Cost Adjustments, Re-classification, Un-Planned Depreciation, Life Change, Location & Cost Center Change etc.) Preparing Monthly CORP Reconciliations (SL VS GL) and Quarterly LOCAL Reconciliations (Oracle). Major participation in Month End Closing and all the other activities before Close. Preparing Depreciation Analysis & Projected Depreciation during Month End. Preparing & Posting GL Journals every month in Local Subs. Responsible to train the new joiners in the process. Indulge with Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly audit of FA processing. Quarterly Hyperion Reporting to NYSE.
