Before that, she was the Director of Operations of the Betsy Hotel where she was responsible for maintaining the building and grounds for this landmark boutique hotel with particular attention towards safety, security, and asset protection. Anke’s other professional experience includes the Viceroy Hotel in Miami Beach, the Acqualina Resort and Spa in Sunny Isles, Florida, the Setai South Beach, and the Peninsula Hotel in New York.
