Together with my colleagues in the DeFAF team, I develop strategies for the further development and professionalisation of the association. This includes ideas for further cooperation, (international) development of the network, fundraising & communication campaigns, start-ups and other supporting missions to raise awareness of the benefits of agroforestry and bring it on the ground. In particular, I perform the following tasks:- Support in the planning and further development, performance & outreach of DeFAF- Maintaining and establishing contacts with potential project and cooperation partners from science, practice, politics and society- Project and funding acquisition- Creation of a fundraising strategy- Development of a communication concept- Organisation and implementation of events- Membership recruitment- Creation of advertising materials and specialised brochures- Representation of the diverse interests of members and, based on this, the development of corresponding services and offers- Processing technical requests and performing representative tasks- Organisation of the DeFAF office and support for the DeFAF board
