Meine Kernkompetenzen liegen in der strategischen Entwicklung von Ausbildungsprogrammen und im Management von Bildungseinrichtungen. Ich bin getrieben von der Mission, zukünftige Gesundheitsprofessionals mit einer fundierten, ethischen und praxisnahen Ausbildung zu fördern, die die Kultur und Werte unserer Organisation widerspiegelt.Bei Vivantes habe ich gezeigt, dass Investitionen in die Ausbildung ein Schlüsselelement für die Stärkung unserer Gesundheitsberufe sind. Meine Rolle als Leiterin des Ressorts praktische Ausbildung ermöglichte es mir, Auszubildende in ihrer professionellen Sozialisation zu begleiten und Fachwissen mit praktischer Erfahrung zu verbinden. In Zusammenarbeit mit meinem Team konnte ich die Qualität der Pflegeausbildung stetig verbessern und damit einen Beitrag zur Exzellenz unserer Einrichtung leisten.
